### Summary

This proposal seeks to wind down and move the following 4 markets to final settlement due to inactivity and declining trading activity:

AKT-USD
GNO-USD
MNRY-USD
MOG-USD

These markets have shown no meaningful trading activity over recent weeks and exhibit low open interest.

* * *

### Rationale

All selected markets exhibit:

- No recent trading activity

- Low or negligible open interest

- Declining liquidity and limited order book depth

Observed open interest:

- **GNO-USD** – ~$1,448

- **AKT-USD** – ~$452

- **MNRY-USD** – negligible

- **MOG-USD** – negligible

Markets with low activity and minimal open interest do not provide meaningful execution opportunities and reduce overall market efficiency.

* * *

### Motivation

Delisting these markets will:

- Improve overall market quality and trading experience

- Reduce operational and oracle overhead

- Consolidate liquidity into active markets

- Maintain a cleaner and more capital-efficient product offering

* * *

### Technical Implementation

The proposal will:

- Disable the affected markets

- Transition all listed pairs to `STATUS_FINAL_SETTLEMENT`

- Disable associated price feeds

* * *

### Timeline

This proposal follows the structured delisting cadence:

- **April 24 (Friday)** – Forum post

- **April 29 (Wednesday)** – On-chain vote

- **May 1 (Friday)** – Markets delisted

* * *

We welcome community feedback prior to submitting this proposal for an on-chain governance vote.
