## Summary

This proposal seeks to wind down and move the following 5 markets to final settlement:

XAUT-USD
S-USD
AEVO-USD
KAITO-USD
SKY-USD

These markets have shown limited or no recent trading activity, low open interest, and wide bid-ask spreads.

### Rationale

The selected markets exhibit weak market activity and limited effective liquidity. Each market has not traded since May, with open interest remaining low and bid-ask spreads ranging from approximately 16% to nearly 40%.

Market details:

- **XAUT-USD** : last traded on May 8, 2026, $1,220.06 open interest, isolated margin, 39.93% bid-ask spread

- **S-USD** : last traded on May 13, 2026, $22.74 open interest, cross margin, 26.17% bid-ask spread

- **AEVO-USD** : last traded on May 13, 2026, $48.99 open interest, cross margin, 16.10% bid-ask spread

- **KAITO-USD** : last traded on May 23, 2026, $500.14 open interest, cross margin, 34.47% bid-ask spread

- **SKY-USD** : last traded on May 28, 2026, $393.02 open interest, isolated margin, 24.35% bid-ask spread

Markets with prolonged inactivity, low open interest, and wide spreads do not provide meaningful execution quality and reduce overall market efficiency.

### Motivation

Delisting these markets will:

- Improve overall market quality and trading experience

- Reduce operational and oracle overhead

- Keep the product offering focused on active markets

- Maintain a cleaner and more capital-efficient trading environment

### Technical Implementation

The proposal will:

- Disable the affected markets

- Transition all listed pairs to `STATUS_FINAL_SETTLEMENT`

- Disable associated price feeds

### Timeline

This proposal follows the scheduled delisting process:

- **Friday, June 26, 2026** : Forum post

- **Tuesday, June 30, 2026** : On-chain vote

- **Friday, July 3, 2026** : Markets delisted

We welcome community feedback prior to submitting this proposal for an on-chain governance vote.
