do I have this right? 15MM over 3years for approximately 15 people? so ~333k a person, or a million a person over 3 years ? yet there is no explicit profit motive? lol –

there has been 0 growth in trading fees or volumes recently so these people are not really doing much. DYDX -50% or so from this fundraise.
