We sincerely value and appreciate all the feedback we’ve received. We’re excited to announce that we will be initiating the on-chain proposal in the coming hours. To keep everyone informed, we are sharing the [DIP](https://docs.google.com/document/d/14eOi2KIQpFyiYBp8a5air54IA2FqpGOAgFEdp_X2SD4/edit?usp=sharing) along with the number of DYDX requested and the TWAP price:

- Number of tokens requested from dYdX Chain Community Treasury: 10,915,674 DYDX
- 30-day TWAP: $2.77/DYDX
