Motivation for applying (max 3 sentences): I am deeply committed to the success of the dYdX ecosystem and believe that my experience in blockchain validation and multi-signature wallet management can contribute to the security and growth of the Treasury subDAO. I am eager to be part of this initiative and help ensure a secure and transparent management of the treasury assets. My motivation is to support the community and apply my skills to foster the long-term sustainability of the protocol.

- Validator Operations: Operated validator nodes on major blockchain networks such as Cosmos, Injective, and dYdX, contributing to network security and decentralization.
- Community Building: Founded Tiền Thuật Toán (TTT VN), one of Vietnam’s largest and oldest blockchain communities focused on Proof of Stake and validator ecosystems.
- Berachain Collaboration: Played a key role in expanding the Berachain ecosystem in Vietnam by organizing community events and educational activities.
- Governance Participation: Actively participated in governance decisions on various decentralized protocols, including voting on key proposals.
- Staking Infrastructure Development: Helped develop staking programs aimed at enhancing treasury sustainability through decentralized mechanisms in the Web3 space.

Cosmos Hub Multi-sig: Managed a multi-signature wallet for staking rewards and validator node operations, ensuring secure fund management for community-delegated tokens.

Although I do not currently see any conflicts of interest with the responsibilities of the Treasury subDAO, if such a situation arises in the future, I will prioritize the interests of the dYdX community over personal gain.
