This proposal seeks approval for CoinRoutes to become an official integration partner of dYdX, eligible to receive 50% of the integration revenue share under the framework outlined in the dYdX Rev Share documentation.

Abstract

CoinRoutes is a leading provider of algorithmic trading and smart order routing technology. By integrating with dYdX Chain, CoinRoutes will enable its institutional and professional trading clients to seamlessly access deep liquidity on dYdX, bringing incremental order flow and volume to the protocol.

This proposal requests that the dYdX community formally approve CoinRoutes as a partner eligible for revenue sharing. CoinRoutes will receive 50% of the protocol’s share of trading fees generated by users who onboard and trade through its integration - a structure that is considered industry standard among top crypto trading venues.

Motivation

The dYdX Chain benefits from attracting high-quality partners who can expand its reach to new segments of traders. CoinRoutes offers:

• Institutional Reach: A well-established network of institutional clients, hedge funds, and active trading firms,
• Technology: A best-in-class execution platform designed to reduce slippage and optimize execution across multiple liquidity venues, and
• Alignment with dYdX: CoinRoutes’ mission to provide transparent and efficient trading aligns closely with dYdX’s vision for a decentralized and performant trading infrastructure. We have run industry events together, and built strong relationships with the dYdX team over the past few years.

By partnering with CoinRoutes, the dYdX community can tap into a proven distribution channel that drives sustainable, long-term usage of the protocol. The revenue share model ensures that incentives remain aligned, as CoinRoutes is rewarded directly in proportion to the activity it brings to dYdX.

We have been in deep discussions with the dYdX team about this integration who have supported us directly.

Specification

• Partner: CoinRoutes (coinroutes.com)
• Rev Share Split: 50% of protocol fees attributable to users trading via the CoinRoutes integration, as defined in the integration revenue share framework.
• Implementation: CoinRoutes will integrate directly with the dYdX Chain, enabling clients to route trades seamlessly. dYdX will attribute revenue share based on builder code tracking.
