Community Signer Replacement
The dYdX Treasury subDAO is currently served by three Community Signers, as selected during the original call for applicants.
In light of changes in his professional position, Carameleon has decided to step down as Community Signer. We thank him for his contributions throughout his tenure.
Drawing from the strong pool of applicants received during the original call, we would like to get dYdX community approval to appoint Thomas Hoang (TTT VN) as his replacement. Following a successful text proposal, the Community Signer will be replaced in both legal and operational capacities as a director of dYdX Treasury SubDAO Foundation (DTSF), and also as a signer in the multi-signature wallet.
Thomas is the Founder of TTT VN (Vietnam), operates a validator on the dYdX Chain, actively participates in dYdX governance, and brings prior experience managing multi-signature wallets across the Cosmos ecosystem, aligned with the suitability and selection criteria set out in the original call.
Next Steps
We will submit a text proposal to appoint Thomas Hoang (TTT VN) as Community Signer of the dYdX Treasury subDAO, replacing Carameleon in both legal and operational capacities. As part of onboarding, Thomas will undergo KYC with DTSF’s corporate service providers and be onboarded as a signer in the multi-signature wallet.
