Is this possible on dydx? Just getting started, so far this exchange has a lot of very useful features, but I don’t see how we can isolate funds/margin for individual pairs, this would be very useful for managing accounts and funds.

Not currently possible, best thing you can do though is having a different wallet with isolated funds. Not ideal though.
