We would like to submit for consideration a software upgrade proposal for the dYdX Protocol v9.3. This version addresses the recent blockchain liveness incident.

Introduction:

Hello dYdX Community,

We’re bringing to your attention the dYdX Protocol release v9.3, which is addressing the recent chain halt.

The fix has been deployed successfully on dYdX testnet.

Note: the adoption of v9.3 is subject to software upgrade via a governance proposal.

Due to the critical nature of this topic, the dYdX Operations subDAO suggests an expedited proposal for this change:
