Dear dYdX Community,

After a successful period operating our dYdX validator with nearly 100% uptime and a flawless voting record, we must announce, with a heavy heart, that we will be winding down our validator and governance operations on the dYdX platform.

The validator will be deprecated on June 15, 2024 (in 23 days)

Please make sure to unstake all your tokens before that date. For guidance on how to unstake, please visit: How to Unstake

We want to express our deepest gratitude to all the amazing members of the dYdX community for your unwavering support and cooperation. Our team is always here to assist you, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any help.

Is there a special reason for winding down? Or purely focus-related?

We’re grateful for your support since the genesis of the dYdX Chain.
As we continue expanding dYdX’s capabilities, there we’ll be many other ways to keep on co-building.
