There has been discussions around how the DAO can support Endorsed Delegates in the v4 environment in the past like Governance Transition to v4 : Supporting Endorsed Delegates and the report created by Flipside. However, as the core teams and DAO focused on the v4 release in the recent past, we haven’t reached any clear next steps yet. Our recommendation is to separate powers between validators and delegates if validators are willing to focus on their technical support and let them delegate their voting activities to other DAO members like Endorsed Delegates but we don’t have that support in the system yet.
