Technical make-up of team (elaborate on no. of dev ops engineers, experience, etc.)
We are group of three experienced software engeneers with hard skills in programming, DevOps and high-load system administrating.
Years of experience
We have been participating in various testnets for over four years, during which time we have helped with testing more than 60 blockchains. As a result, it allowed us to accumulate huge experience, infrastructure and tools to support POS networks.
What other networks are you running validators for?
Now Noderunners is a mainnet validator and an active part of the Sentinel, Meter, Bitsong, MediBloc, Stargaze, Sifchain, Regen, Syntropy, Desmos, BitCanna, Firmachain, Chihuahua, OmniFlix, Teritori, Rebus, Jackal, Acrechain, Aura blockchains. In most of these projects, we are the genesis validator and participate in Foundation Delegation programs.
Based on your participation in any previous testnets, mainnets, are there any best practices to be aware of? What are some things that made previous testnets, mainnet launches successful and/or things to avoid that have gone poorly?
Each testnet is unique in its own way. ))
But for a successful testnet/mainnet launch, it is critical that the core team behaves predictably, fulfills its plans, and establishes good communication with the participants. And the main thing is a clever and balanced choice of validators and other partners.
Do you have a validator voting framework and process?
We do not miss significant voting and try to participate at all. We have a well-established format for our internal discussion of proposals and decisions on them.
Are you planning to play any additional roles in the dYdX ecosystem (e.g. market maker, trader, indexer, front-end, other)?
Definitely, trading and its optimization is in the area of our interests.
Are there other products or services you want to highlight that could be relevant for dYdX?
Monitoring tools, RPC, relayers, statesync serivce, snapshots etc.
We would love to join the dYdX community and use our validator experience to build a robust decentralized dYdX Chain.
