What other networks are you running validators for?
I am active validator in Near Protocol, NYM, Composable Finance, Gitopia and Nois Network. ALso I participate in 20+ testnets. More information in portfolio.
Based on your participation in any previous testnets, mainnets, are there any best practices to be aware of? What are some things that made previous testnets, mainnet launches successful and/or things to avoid that have gone poorly?
Transparency, involvement and competency, both on the part of validators and on the part of the team, allows to avoid 99% of problems on the network.
- Approach the delegation to validators wisely without the random.
- For any planned changes to the network (launch, update, voting, etc.), the team, validators and other ecosystem participants must be in constant interaction with each other.
- Constant monitoring and automated alert systems are mandatory.
Do you have a validator voting framework and process?
I am an independent validator and make decisions alone.
Are you planning to play any additional roles in the dYdX ecosystem (e.g. market maker, trader, indexer, front-end, other)?
I have experience in building communities and organizing events. I also plan to provide information support for dYdX ecosystem.
Any notable contributions in other ecosystems that you would like to highlight for the community?
I have own resource with installation guides and tools for participating in testing Web3 products. Also I have testnet explorer.
Thank you for your attention!!
