First and foremost I want to remind everyone that this is a space where constructive criticism and value-oriented conversations are encouraged and welcomed. However, it is essential to maintain a professional and respectful tone in all discussions. Personal attacks or hostile behavior do not contribute to productive dialogue and will not be tolerated.
I encourage everyone to take a moment to revisit our community guidelines and code of conduct. These guidelines exist to ensure that we maintain a minimum level of respectfulness ensuring a collaborative environment where all members feel comfortable engaging.
