1. Entity name and location:
We are PRO Delegators, currently in the process of incorporating as Nuxian Labs, located in Geneva, Switzerland.
2. Infrastructure location:
Our infrastructure is currently based in France, with plans to expand to the “Stak Datacenter” in Geneva.
3. What kind of hardware do you run?
We exclusively operate hardened baremetal servers, currently in France and soon in Geneva.
4. Technical make-up of team:
Our team consists of eight individuals with diverse IT and business skillsets, including DevOps specialists, full-stack developers, financial advisors, accountants, business relations experts, content creators, and more.
5. Years of experience:
We embarked on our validation journey in the summer of 2022, and within a year and a half, we have proudly established ourselves as a top-tier validator service. We remain carefully centered toward the strongest value chains and we perform a strict due diligence before considering any new deployment. We believe that focus is essential to offer our best services to the chains we embark on.
6. What other networks are you running validators for?
Currently, we operate validators in the active sets of Cosmos, Neutron, Stride, Osmosis, Nolus and Nomic. We are currently in the process of entering DyDx and Celestia’s consensus layer.
7. Based on your participation in any previous testnets, mainnets, are there any best practices to be aware of?
We believe effective communication among all participants is crucial. Additionally, we emphasize organized and scheduled work hours (preferably UTC) and prioritize security through GPG-signed releases and publicly voted updates.
8. Do you have a validator voting framework and process?
Our conviction rests on the emergence of an entirely specialized political cadre, distinct from validators. To separate execution and governance, we established Govmos. This entity participates in forum discussion and politics, but is distinct from PRO Delegators and doesn’t get to cast votes for the validator. Govmos will only incentivize our delegators to cast their own votes on decisive proposals while our validator will only align with the quorum.
9. Are you planning to play any additional roles in the dYdX ecosystem ?
We are a community of over 20,000 traders and investors. We intend to use the platform as our primary derivative market, create dashboards, automation tools. We also have dedicated content creators to provide educational content on our YouTube channels and Twitter accounts.
10. Are there other products or services you want to highlight that could be relevant for dYdX?
We can offer archive nodes, RPC, websockets, relaying, and snapshot services.
11. Any notable contributions in other ecosystems that you would like to highlight for the community?
Our governance division, Govmos, actively engages in productive discussions across the forums of the chains we support. Furthermore, we offer mentorship and strategic guidance to various projects. Additionally, our participation extends to multiple DAOs and sub-DAOs, with notable involvement in entities such as the Atom Accelerator DAO (CosmosHub) and the protocol-fee DAO (Osmosis). Our specialized content creation team, known as @LesCosmonautes, is responsible for producing weekly round-ups of Cosmos Ecosystem News, along with a range of educational content available in both English and French.
